🗑 Delete Your MileTrack Pro Account

How to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Good news for your privacy: MileTrack Pro stores all of your data — account, trips, vehicles, receipts, fuel logs — locally on your own device. We do not operate servers that hold your personal data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

To delete your account and all data

Open MileTrack Pro and sign in.
Go to the 👤 Account tab.
Scroll to ⚠️ Account Actions.
Tap 🗑 Delete Account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently erases your account credentials, all trips, vehicles, fuel logs, receipts (including photos), and settings from the device.

Alternative: uninstall the app

Because all data lives on-device, uninstalling the app (or clearing the browser's site data) also removes everything. There is no copy retained anywhere else.

Data we collect

None. The current version of MileTrack Pro transmits no personal data to any server. Your information never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (CSV/PDF) yourself.

⚠️ Deletion is irreversible. If you want to keep your tax records (the IRS recommends keeping mileage logs for 3 years after filing), use Report → Export CSV before deleting.
